Been going for a little over a month now and i enjoy the chance to donate. The staff is great and are nice to talk to. If you are able to donate, do it! Lives are saved daily from plasma donation.

This is a great way to help others by donating plasma for those in need of plasma. Friendly staff. The only issue I have is that people who want to donate plasma aren’t informed of all of the specific rules (especially when they go to make a donation appointment via the app for a first time donation and/or any appointments thereafter). For example, it would be nice to know that if a person has prior or current health issues such as diabetes diagnosis, they need to obtain certain paperwork from Biolife to be filled out by their Dr. before they can donate. It just creates a delay in being able to donate if this happens. Also, if a person donates plasma and the site on their arm bruises, it would be nice to know that they can’t donate again from that same arm until that bruise turns yellow in color (and I believe using the opposite arm isn’t an option in that situation). I know of someone, in which, both of these scenarios occurred. With the bruises scenario, that person was offered an additional $25 via coupon to be added to the money amount they would get for their next donation anyway (since they have a 45 minute drive to come donate plasma). It is a nice way to give back for others, but please be more clear on all of the rules for donation, so there are no delays, especially for someone whohas never donated before.

My mom donated here over 25 years ago, and now I do!! Great staff, great rates and pretty amazing coupons for new and returning donors. Eat healthy (protein+iron for ladies), don’t smoke(vapes too) for 1-2 hours before going in so your pulse is normal, and stay hydrated! Years ago this place literally helped with paying my rent, all for donating plasma that only takes like an hour on average each time.

I’ve never had a bad experience when I’ve gone into the St. Cloud center! Everyone is very friendly and cheerful with each other and donors. Some of them take the time to remember names and things donors tell them which is really nice! Everyone seems willing to help each other out when they’re falling behind or struggling. I really like how they all seem to work well together and like working together even if it’s busy! Makes the whole experience a lot better.

I have always had a great experience here since I started donating about 9 months ago. The staff is great and does their best to create a good experience for donors by being friendly and keeping the donation process moving smoothly. I’d like to point out that it can get extremely busy and/or they may be short-staffed at times. The weeknight evenings (4-6:30pm) are the busiest times. If you’re thinking about coming to donate for the first time I recommend trying to schedule it during the middle of the day rather than during that evening time.

I’ve been donating for years and I’ve only ever had good things to say. Never been the biggest fan of needles, but the staff are wonderful at explaining the process which puts me more at ease. Wonderful experience and I will continue to donate into the future!
