I think its a good company and everyone is very good at thier job. And it’s amazing that you get money for donating plasma. However, thier bank that they use is has so many issues. My card has been declined at places for no reason at all, because I have the money available on the card. Sometimes it takes longer than usual for transactions to clear. Sometimes it will work at self check out and sometimes it wont. Again, the company itself is great. They just need to change thier bank.

From the discourse ive seen about other locations, this one is very clean and efficient. Staff is frirndly and accommodating. Lines and waittimes are never too crazy, usually from check in to getting unhooked is always under an hour for me.

My only gripe with bio life is that when you get deferred and they tell you why they don’t show you the proof. If I’m getting turned away cause my protein is .1 under show me proof. They lady I had looked like she wasn’t having a good day.

Old short haired lady needs to some discipline or retraining. I dread seeing her when walk in. She’s been only nurse to make me use a squeeze thing when pumping. When poking finger she’s gotten attitude cuz had other fingers minus one she’s poking closed, when sticking my arm ive got lectured for having fist too straight or curved too much once had to wait to get disconnected for 3 other machines that all started beeping after mine to get disconnected b4 she let me go. Every time I get put in her section it’s something and only nurse that has made issues for me. Not sure why she has to have everything done a certain way different than everyone else.and not just me I’ve tried recommending ppl to center over the years and they’ve had to deal with her and either walked out or went once and never came back…and at the least if she can’t do job don’t make it out to be patients fault for doing stuff wrong. If she’s only one with issues it’s clearly her.

Don’t waste your time. Today I did all the preliminary tests, got to the bed and ready to be hooked up. I told the girl my back was sore in conversation. 5 minutes later the nurse shows up to say I can’t give plasma, end of story. Says my back needs to heal. But we didn’t have a conversation! How bad does it hurt? Does this happen often? Might it be muscle or need to be cracked? Nothing ! Glad I drive 30 minutes to get there. Don’t waste your time

Pretty disappointed! I presented a coupon today before I even donated, only received 30 and not the 70 it should have been. Called about it and was told they applied the coupon while I was on the phone and unfortunately they can’t back date so it’ll start the next donation. Why?!? I did my part. Not trying to sound selfish, but I want what’s owed to me!
