I used to come here and it was great. But now, 2 years later. The workers do not respect my time. I used to be able to be in and out in 1 hour. Now I have to plan for almost 2 because they stand around chit chatting way too much while donors are needing assistance getting started or getting unhooked so they can leave. I do not feel they respect people’s time at all. If it wasn’t for the compensation and location I would be looking for a different donation center. Only plus is I do feel the facility is clean.

Management (Sarah) is extremely personable and empathetic. They genuinely care about the experience when there. They impress upon all employees a focus on the customer and working quickly efficiently and safely. Enjoy donating here. It’s no wonder it’s a popular and busy center.

Just got through my promotion and everything went good. The staff for the most part seemed to care, but some it was just a job.

I haven’t been able to donate yet. First time I went (about two weeks ago), they had me wait around for about an hour to end up saying that I needed to get forms from my doctor. After this, I dropped off the forms (a week ago) and they said they would call me, but if I didn’t hear from them by yesterday then I should call and ask for an update. I tried calling many times and they didn’t pick up the phone, so I left a message. I eventually got a call back and they just told me to call again, have called about 6 times total and they seem to never pick up the phone. I’ll keep trying. Also, they told me that if I have any anxiety the day of the donation that I can’t donate. I deal with anxiety every day so this was kind of surprising to me. I have donated at other places and had a way smoother and less strict experience.

BioLife discriminates against individuals who have mental health problems. Such as PTSD. Rather, you’re on medication or not.

I came today as a new donor, and the staff were so friendly and sooo sweet!!! I just want to personally shout out one of the techs! I can’t remember his name, maybe Dylan but i don’t think so, best way to describe him is that he has a bunch of freckles and was the sweetest person ever and broken down the process of donating, making me feel more comfortable! I appreciate people like you and I hope you get the recognization you deserve!!!!

Anytime I come to this location.. staff will be bee bopping around, chatting it up like the junior high hallways, neglecting you leaving you in your chair to wait.. for seemingly no reason.. all the while it’s not even busy. Pure laziness. Is this what the zoomers refer to as ‘quiet quitting’.. pretty terrible. On the app it appears if they’re very busy. You can’t even get an appointment! A staff member informed me they cut off availability when they want an easy work load day! Unreal. Go to any of the other locations for less garbage to deal with.

As a new donor I used to be, I knew I was going to make a difference into some else’s life. It means so much to know how good it has being making somebody feel alive again.

I recently went in for my very first appointment, and my first impression was horrible and unsatisfactory . Workers just standing around chit-chatting and laughing while donors stood around waiting for assistance. But my main issue is the woman who helped check me in at the front counter. She was VERY rude. Again, this was my first time so I had no idea the process and was on time for my appointment. We were discussing things for a few mins and she kept cutting me off, talking over me, and not listening to anything I was saying. I was just trying to understand how it all works and she was not helpful at all. She couldn’t even answer my questions, her excuse was, I dont donate so I don’t know. Okay, but you work there….you should know the information. It makes me not want to even go back because I do not want to have to deal with her again.

What a horrendous first impression. The gal at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and unkowledgeable. The intake nurse gave multiple inaccurate statements and had to be corrected by her supervisor. Ultimately, after two hours, I was deemed ineligible without a physician’s clearance.
