Aspen was the assigned technician for my donation today and she was fantastic! Not only was she efficient and knowledgeable when performing her tasks, but she was very personable and attentive. The center was very busy during my appointment time but all the staff, including and especially Aspen, worked quickly to move things along as much as they were able. This place is so nice! I don’t understand why it’s so low rated. The place is spacious, clean, and nice to look at. The waiting area has magazines and has comfortable seats. The design of the building allows natural light in. The employees are polite and professional. They know what they’re doing regarding the needle insertion,(because it’s painless the way they do it here, and I really appreciate that) and they’re empathetic with great bedside manner. It is most certainly worth the trip up here!

I have not been to the other 2 locations in the metro but the staff here are great for the most part and long lines usually move pretty fast. It was intimidating at first bc I didn’t know what to expect donating but they walk you through all of the details to make you feel more comfortable. The facility is clean and has lots of parking. The extra money is such a bonus and helping patients who need plasma is a nice feeling.

Good, clean plasma center. Helpful staff. The wait times are reasonable. If you ever have problems donating, just ask for a short-term deferral. Plasma is always in demand, and this is a place to provide an always needed medical service and make some extra cash.

I went in to the Mounds View Biolife today for my first ever donation. I was really nervous because needles freak me out, but one of the Managers named Nicole helped me thru the process. She talked me thru the whole thing, explained what she was going to do, how I’d feel afterwards, and what to expect. I appreciated her taking the time to help me. It turned out not to be as bad as I expected, thanks to the great customer service.
