The staff here truly are second to none. Huge shout out to Jennie the RN & Elizabeth! I don’t know how they do it, yet alone so well. I’ve been coming here off & on for years. Every experience has been great. Find a good promo & schedule your first visit. Personally me, when I end up not going for awhile, I feel like something is missing. Indeed a great routine to get in to. 🙂

They could honestly have more people disconnecting people here. A lot of these people place their appts around things they have going on. Some of the workers intentionally “don’t hear” when someone is done, I’ve head several experiences waiting 10 min just to get disconnected. It’s an issue. Other than that very nice people working. Just think they should be at a faster pace.

Very consistent and efficient and clean facility. Staff is wonderful and trained. Lexi exceeded my expectations on 8/25; Lexi was refreshing, nice to talk to, and very considerate. I also like the new direction on name badges, social interaction, and customer chats!

I was so nervous about donating but every single staff member at this location has been nothing but kind and pleasant! I was witness to a patient who had an issue and ended up fainting, and the staff responded quickly and handled it so well! Elizabeth, in particular, was an absolute gem for this patient. She kept the situation calm and kept his spirits up and was everything a professional should be. I love walking into the center in the morning and seeing Elizabeth is working! She’s definitely my favorite staff member!

Great place! Very friendly and helpful staff. This location is very clean and quick. They say plan for 1.5 hours but it usually only takes 45min. to an hour on the long end. I have only been to two facilities but this one is great!

I’ll admit, I’m a hard stick. My veins roll. I warn them every time and they still continue to struggle. After they dig around, they go get the “manager” who of course can’t get it anymore because there was so much digging. I used to have more success there, but lately it seems there is a lack of skill. I’m assuming it has to do with turnover. So don’t waste your time going unless you have huge veins that don’t move.

What a HORRIBLE experience. I’ve donated off and on for BioLife for awhile. Well apparently ONE just ONE Of my tattoos wasn’t documented from 2 YEARS AGO and now I’m banned for life from donating. On top of that the nurse that was asking me questions made me feel like the biggest liar on the planet for not knowing I was pregnant when I had donated last. Obviously if I had known I wouldn’t have donated and I expressed that. I COMPLETELY understand policies and the manager I ended up talking to seemed nice. HOWEVER, I don’t think something like this that was from 2 YEARS AGO should have me banned for life. ESPECIALLY when I have never given BioLife any trouble or any false information in the past. When I say I left in TEARS because I felt so bad what a horrible horrible experience. Hopefully their better to other people.

Just got deferred for 8 weeks because of a machine software error. This is something that shouldn’t happen. I’ve been a donor for quite sometime and this happening leaves me questioning if I should return unless something can be done. Sick to my stomach for not understanding how management can not see the issue with this.
