I’ve been donating here regularly for a few months now. They are almost always very busy and wait times can be long because of it, but I can tell they are trying to do their best with the sheer number of donors to process. I’ve been pleased so far all things considered.

Last visit absolutely horrible, guy with beard punctured my vein and gave me hematoma. When I reported to center, the nurse oh, we will have to review that and records next time. Horrible experience from a rough bruiser, never had someone that rough. Arms looks like garbage after the abuse. Thanks for not caring. You need to pay more when you abuse someone.

the staff are very friendly and competent but there is always a long wait. i have tried going various times of the day and have yet to find a time where there’s a short or no wait. thursday at 1130am there are 8 people in line in front of me to donate. please increase wages so you can attract and hire more staff! this is the reason i stop donating!

Constantly have to deal with racist employees on my own reservation, it’s ridiculous. Sit there waiting 10 minutes or more to be unhooked, but the second a white man is done in the same section they unhooked them asap while I was STILL waiting

Yesterday was my very first time donating plasma. Everyone was very professional! They explained all the procedures and I felt safe the entire time! So thank you everyone for being wonderful! I shall be back

Won’t name the individual but they suck at sticking the needle for donation. Every issue I’ve run into at this facility has come from the one employee

Pulse was 2 beats per min high. Blood pressure was fine. Sat me down for 5 min and retook blood pressure and pulse. The cuff practically fell off the second time..well blood pressure read to low then. So they said can’t donate today. Ridiculous take it again. Obviously 70 over 50 something is an error…oh but no we can only take it twice. Manager was no help and refused to extend my promotion.

I’ve been donating plasma for 8 years and have gone to several different locations. I think the staff do the best they can but there is clearly not enough staff to meet the needs. I’ve come to this location on several occasions and always have a ridiculously long wait. (Today I’ve been waiting over 45 minutes and counting just to get my arm checked due to bruising; that doesn’t even include the donation itself). If you want a timely experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

This place is a joke and a complete waste of time!! The first time I understood my numbers were low so it was logical to send me home. However the 2nd and 3rd time were due to a complete lack of employee communication!! If you want people to have written letters to donate because they have type 2 diabetes then you need to specify ahead of their arrival. I drive 30 minutes to donate to be told I need a letter. So I get a letter and reschedule. Show up today and the nurse refuses my letter, stating it’s a form they have to send themselves to my primary doctor and then their doctor who knows nothing about me has to “approve it”.
