Last week I had both arms occluded. The technician was very attenative and put ice pack under my bandage. The next week I was told i could only have it taken out of my rt arm because of the sever brusing in my left. I came this past wendsday and ask for someone who is skilled they gave me two names but one of them was the one i had the previous week so I got Cassie she put it my rt armwhich is very difficult for most without any problems. She was Great!! Today she had difficulty and went to get her sidekick Sherri she came over had difficulty too, she was able to get it in my veinwith a little fishing.Then she explained to me the veins seem surface but actually deeper in my rt arm . Sherri said we just have to remember that for the next time!!Thank you so much Cassie and Sherri!!

I have been donating plasma at the Janesville, WI Biolife Plasma facility for years. The staff is friendly and work together effectively to complete the plasma donation process as quickly as possible. The long wait times are a thing of the past which is great. I like the email reminders (text messages also available) of upcoming appointments I have scheduled and bonus incentives available. The app works well to schedule appointments in advance at any Biolife Plasma Center. It also tracks past appointments and money I have earned. Love the monetary incentives I receive from each donation. The staff is well trained, take safety and cleanliness serious, and ensure client’s medical needs are priority. A great side hustle to make extra money and provide lifesaving plasma for those in need.

I can only donate with one arm which usually isn’t an issue. But if you need a few adjustments with your need be prepare to feel extremely uncomfortable and like a burden due to staff. I’m an anxiety ridden person and I was sat in a chair nicely my first 2 people were very nice but when I needed a second adjustment they sent over a different lady and she was rude short and made me feel like I was an issue for her. This has happened to me before when I went in for a physical. My doctor was rude, short, and you could just tell she didn’t wanna be there.
