This place is horrible! New nurse is a pos. Left me bleeding all over the place and then wouldn’t let me come back to donate saying I had an attitude. The manager wouldn’t give me the number for complaints or for the corporate office. This place is completely pathetic.

Normally I have no issues with this place my appointment was scheduled for 5:15 I got the vitals done within 4-5 ish mins… I sat in the chair wait for them to hook me in for 30 mins !!! Everyone else was already hooked in and the attendant was just standing looking around. Worst service ever ! I like coming in after work and it usually doesnt take long but this was frustrating

I know it sounds clichéd, but BioLife treats you like family. Phlebotomists who you haven’t seen for months call you by name when you walk in. I have had nothing but positive experiences here as a donor since 2020.
