First time donating and the tech blew out my vein. Since it was my first time donating I had no idea that it wasnt suppose to hurt that bad. My veins are so PROMINENT a blind man could hit them, so how the tech screwed up is beyond me. Its unfortunate because im a universal plasma donor (ab+ blood type) and Im highly reluctant to go anymore. Just like everyone else is saying, the staff is rude, you can sense the negativity there

I popped in on a Friday afternoon for my scheduled donation and my heart rate was too high to get past the vitals counter, so I figured I was out the $90 for my second donation of the week. Boy was I wrong, Addy, sorry if I’m misspelling her name, walked up to the front computer with me and got me scheduled right away the next morning so I wouldn’t miss out on that big payment. Absolutely top notch A+ service by her not to mention all the other staff members at the waterloo offices.
