Morning nurse was really rude made me feel very uncomfortable she was extremely cold and she talked bad about other people like they weren’t around she complained alot specially when it came to answering questions and just doing the basics which was her job she I get they have one nurse for a few hours in the morning but not an excuse for rude behavior specially when your in that field of work. Alot of the others were very pleasant specially the manager there are a few bad eggs there that did make me feel rather uncomfortable after donating 2 time making me to uncomfortable to wanna come baxk and there over all ability to make you feel comfortable is lacking in need of serious training on dealing with people no matter how experienced you are.

Horrible wait time after vitals waited an hour then I left without donating becasue they can’t respect my appointment and other outisde importnant needs I have to go to. Talking and talking . You don’t need to be looking at each other to be talking . Do your work . An hour is too much to wait for vístale if you got an appointment period
