I have been donating for almost 2 years at the Walker location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and efficient. I love that I can get in and out fast so I’m not wasting half my day like I have with other plasma companies! Also the music choices are on point!

I was feeling a little light headed. Madeline responded with Julia and immediately got everything under control. Totally professional and responsive. Juices and crackers were brought. Checked my vitals several times and made sure I was back to “my” normal before I left.

Not only are you doing a great thing by donating plasma, you get paid too! It is a win win situation. Nice little side hustle if you are trying to buy a few things without destroying your budget. The staff are always friendly and courteous. It is quick and easy and they use the plasma to research to find cures for things. Check it out.

The staff is very friendly and I’ve never had any real problems coming here. My only complaint is lately my wait time has been longer than usual. Today my “appointment” was scheduled for 1:15pm, however I’m number 22 in line to wait to get my vitals, finger poke etc. I was here few days ago for my first donation of the week and had to wait 35 minutes even after I was in the donor chair waiting on a tech to hook me up to the machine. Not sure if they have been short staffed lately or what. I

I’ve always had a fairly positive experience here. They do schedule appointments unlike the hell that is CSL. Plan to spend about an hour to an hour and a half if they are busy, which they normally are. People are cycled through and the lines move pretty quickly. Compared to other Biolife locations the wait here can be longer, however the very friendly staff make up for it, at least for me.
