Had a shaky start for my first visit. Had to have my pysch doc approve of me donating before I could donate. Turned in the paperwork, waited a couple weeks, called multiple times and left several messages, never received any call backs or had anyone ever answer the phone. Finally went up there to talk to someone about it. They were able to figure out what happened (a small clerical error) and I was able to donate a few days later. Everyone that I have dealt with has been very nice and helpful. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a bed. The facility is very clean. The women’s bathroom does need some attention, as one of the stalls has been out of order for over a month now.

Staff is friendly. Also, quality equipment. Other places were forced to use Walmart quality home equipment to save money. No problem here. Clean, staff is respectable. They are cautious and caring too

Only giving 2 stars due to the friendliness of the staff. They were very friendly. I have been donating plasma on and off for years. I started at Telacris, which is great btw. Moved on to CSL because it was closer to home and a little higher pay. CSL is also great. I tried Biolife on a recommendation from a friend who saw an ad for them. Without a doubt the absolute worst experience I have had donating. I will keep this brief. I could go on. My first day… I was in there for 4 1/2 hours. Partially due to short staffing. Which I undersood. But the rest was due to undertrained staff, and poor communication. To add insult to injury, when I came back for my second donation I was deferred because someone else has the same last 4 and birthdate as me. This has come up over the years at the other places I have mentioned, and never been an issue. In fact…. it came up here at biolife my first day… yet they realized what was going on and allowed me to donate. I will not be returning. I suppose they will have to throw my first donation away now as well.

Absolutely the WORST place I have ever been to!!! Go to literally ANY other donation center but here. They’re all better than this laughing stock JOKE! They always had ambulances the few times I’ve come and the staff are extremely rude. Especially the lady with the braids and short girl with glasses in the front poking the fingers. They have terrible customer service. They’re degrading and condescending and think that they run the show. Can’t say much for management because they are NEVER around!!! Always in their “meetings”. Obviously can’t do their jobs properly.

I’ve been going here for over two months. So far it’s much better than the other ones in the area. The staff is always nice and friendly. Although I have easier vein to get at they haven’t missed it yet and barely feel it. That’s definitely something I can’t say about the other ones in the area. The only drawback so far is the changing of the donation payout being adjusted without any notice.

Literally the slowest place on earth. Appointment was for 10:20 and 2 hours later I still haven’t got to donate. Waited in line for a whole 30 minutes when they had a whole bay open. My grandma would be faster and she’s dead. And this isn’t my first time here with it being this slow. They have people just standing around acting like they’re clueless

Don’t waste your time. They do enough of wasting yours that’s for sure. Went in as a first time donor and the process is goi g to be a bit longer I understand but when I went in to see the male nurse what a little pip squeak he was. Told me because of a minor medical condition i have they would have to get approval from my doctor to donate. Said they would be faxing over paperwork over to my doctors office and would get back to me after approval. My doctor called me and told me that they received the paperwork and faxed it back with approval so I waited a few days heard nothing back so I called them to set up appointment for next process they stated they have not heard from my doctor yet so my doctor sent it over again still heard nothing so after 7 calls to them and no responses and 4 times of my doctor sending over paperwork I gave up. Talked to a manager and she was going to check into it and get back with me still waiting for that call back. I recommend CSL down the road much more professional, cleaner, and not as rude or clueless as this place.

Absolutely a horrible experience. It was my first time donating. They bruised tf out of my arms. The light skinned black guy has a horrible attitude and should be demoted. I’m quite sure he will not be supervising much longer here anyway. Just absolutely unprofessional to say the least. Go anywhere else if possible.

I would not recommend coming here. I have donated plasma before at other places and had a lot better experience. This place is very unprofessional and unpleasant to be at. Along with them giving me to a person who was still in training (who stuck me without a trainer present) and did not tell me they were in training till after I was stuck. I have been doing this for a while and have never been in that much pain getting stuck before. There are other safer places to donate to get the same amount of money.
