The staff I have had contact with is amazing! But the wait time is becoming outrageous. My last appointment I was there for almost 4 hours for a regular donation appointment. I sat in a bed for 50 minutes before I even got hooked up. Please hire more staff or limit the # of appointments.

Ok first off the lady at the front with golden/black curly hair doesn’t act like she wants to be here. She was slow and kept asking me questions when everything is in my file. Depending on how well people can see my file was pulled up and left on the screen when she walked away after telling me to have a seat. Like that’s all my information and you’re just going to leave it on the computer screen for people to see? No, thank you. She also asked if she could change my appoint time. I had said ok cause I was late and I thought it would be soon but I checked my app and it is over an hour later. Like I chose that time for a reason and I wasn’t even told I would have to wait another hour. I should’ve been told my new wait time and I wasn’t I had to find out on my own. This is my first time donating here and I thought it would be better than the other places I’ve been to but I’m not impressed so far. I’ll do my second donation because I know it’s important for you to be able to use my plasma but after that if it’s not better my next visit, I’m not sure if I will want to come back or not. Update: so it’s been over an hour since my reschedule and not told my new wait time. The same woman does my computer things that are needed. She asked for my social security number which is standard but it was uncovered the entire time and she even kept it that way after seeing me flip it over. Anyone leaving could have looked over and taken it. I did not feel like my information is safe around her. Also when she gave me my card for the next step it was 12:14 not 12:18 as stated on the card. Looks like fudging times but I’m not too worried about that as I’m not sure what the time on the card is for. If she is here my next appointment I will walk out and reschedule as I did not feel like she was even trying to protect my information. I’m hoping the rest of this visit goes smoothly. Update: Diana is awesome! She helped address my concerns and told the right people and helped schedule my next appointment and made a point to tell me she would be there that day! So thank you Diana!

This center has come a long way through the pandemic and out the other side. The staff is incredibly friendly & knowledgeable. Several of them know me by name and my husband’s as well. The center is always extremely clean and wait times have gotten better too. I would still plan on 2 hours total for donations and 4-5 hours for a physical but it’s so worth it.

I think much of the problem is MANAGEMENT…. Certainly don’t know how to do scheduling…. I have had my own business, have managed a chiropractor office, restaurant. I know what I see. There is NO REASON we should have to wait 2 ta 4 hrs after our appointment time.

If I could give a lower rating trust me I would. This place is a joke. They tell you to make an appointment, and when you get there they tell you your appointment means nothing. The staff is rude and non professional. I only met one that was and she was checking my info. She was being rushed also. Like I said this is ran like a joke. I waited over 90 minutes to be told to come back in 15 days. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN. Good luck if you do.

Staff have been kind & helpful. They were professional when explaining the process. Specifically appreciate nurse Taylor who assisted me at the beginning. Best to make an early appointment or you might have to wait quite a while to donate.

This is awful! I have never in my life seen such a slow operation. You make an appointment then you wait in line FOREVER! once you get through the 1st line then you wait in another line. Once you make it back to donate, some of these people make you wait up to another 30 minutes before they hook you up. I signed up for 8 donations, I have 2 more then I will not be back. STOP scheduling so many people at the same time. You obviously do not have enough staff to cover them.

Great people generally (especially a lady named ‘Ash’ or ‘Ashley’ (?) ). It just takes way too long to get through the line. Donation only takes 1 hour but the line is usually 1-2 hours before you get a bed. ‍♂️ I’d donate more if I could get in and out faster.

Process went pretty smoothly was in and out in a little less than 2 and a 1/2 hours for my first appointment. The only thing I wish they did have some chairs for while you are waiting. That is pretty hard to stand for that long.
