Alexis who works in the front area was very helpful and made my first visit super smooth. I was a bit nervous at first but after seeing all the plasma pros at work I couldn’t help to feel at ease! Thank you so much to the whole team!

Love this donation center! The team here is so kind and welcoming. I’ve been coming often and gotten to know the workers more with each visit. Almost every time I come in, I’ve gotten checked by Heather. She’s provides great customer service and helps keep the line flowing efficiently. 🙂

Alexis was such a breath of fresh air. I only remember her name, but literally everyone that assisted me was kind, professional and as prompt as possible. The facility is super clean, I love the organization better than other plasma centers. At first I was confused being a new donor because they do do a few things differently, but Alexis talked me through it all. She was personable, respectful and definitely a great reason to come back. I’m glad I chose this plasma donation facility to come to for the first time after taking a break from donating for 7 years. Thank you Alexis and everyone else on the team! Keep up the great work and I’ll definitely be recommending this center to others.

I would definitely recommend this place . This was my first time donating anything, so I don’t have anything to compared, but I was impressed. Not what I was expecting at all.

I have no complaints about the facility or the workers. The wait is pretty extreme. Whatever your “appointment time” is, add 2.5-3.5+ hrs (and I have heard it can be more) until you walk out the door. It seems that there could be a more efficient way of allowing only a certain number of appointments allowed to coincide with worker numbers, etc. Remember to bring something to keep you warm, it is a chilly environment and the process will also leave you pretty cold.

Everyone who works here was great! It was my first time donating and they were all friendly and helpful! During donation, Lexi and Keely were very kind and gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable.

Nice staff. Tony, Flower, Raul, Akela and Trish are great and the staff I see most. Sadly, they are understaffed, so be patient with them. The wait times have been long with all of my visits. This something new to me and I am undecided if I will continue in general or at this location. The drive and wait times may discourage me in relationships to the reimbursement I will receive going forward. My first visit was more than 5 hours and after driving 45 min to the location. The appointments after have been 3 to 4 hours. The time of day has not made a difference and I fear next week I will still be there until 8 or 9pm.

I really wanted to leave a nice review but, when you wait two and a half hours only to have them act like they don’t know how to do their job, I can’t. First donation took me six hours to get through, and even then the person had to ask someone else to stick me. Also, when a patient clearly says “I don’t feel comfortable with you using my other arm because it’s already bruised.” Only to be asked again?! What!? With the damage I’m sure this place does to people’s veins they should be a little more accountable than “We can’t pay you.” After sticking me in both arms despite my initial objection.

I was a retuning donor and all of the employees took care of me very well. I was in and out in less than 2 hours when usually returning/new donor process take 4-5 hours sometimes at other donation clinics. Holland was very nice when she greeted me. I think shes the manager. I like how she communicates with the whole team and how they all seem well oiled and cohesive. Flower is on it at vitals check in she is training someone right now and shes very good at it from what ive heard her tell the new employee. Ebony was very nice and funny too I liked having her stick me and she didnt mess up my arm like 8pharma.
