This is not the first BioLife location I have been to, and at first I thought it was going to be an outstanding experience. But as the weeks went on, the experiences got less and less stellar. First off, they are very understaffed in every area. The wait time just kept increasing and my last four appointments were well over 2 1/2 hours. That is waiting to answer the questions. (Allow the questions to be done on the app and save time!)

The staff there is so busy trying to do their job as quick as possible that their customer service has been forgotten. They speak the rules through Mass mumble incoherently to a customer and expect the customer to be responsible for knowing what they say. A certain manager there denied that she worked at another plasma center saying that she had always work for BioLife when I know this to be untrue because I recognized her when I use my phone on the kiosk after presumably being told from an employee he took my vitals with her mask on speaking 10,000 miles an hour incoherently toward me I was deferred for the day so I was told I made a prompt appointment at the desk for the next day and when I came in to donate and go through the progress again I was

I will never understand why they have appointments because rarely are they not behind several ppl. It would be nice if the appointment times on the app match the sites actual capacity. After doing questions and vitals, which could be a 30 minute process easily, there are times I sit in a chair for 30 minutes waiting to start. The overall time has improved a bit. Last winter it was taking a minimum of 3 hours each time. Now it is around 2.

Even though it did take me a while to get all my information together, it was a overall 9-10 experience. Everyone was nice and very comforting for my first time there. Make sure you bring your covers though! Thank you so much for everything.

This place is a great very clean facility. Ms Erica completed my physical with kind professionalism. Maxine did my actual sick and was fabulous, she got it on the first try and I didn’t feel a thing. Wait times are little long but every employee is kind and tries their best to keep it moving. I’ll definitely continue to donate here!!

Though you might be waiting a while and the seating can be confusing, the staff are VERY polite, professional, and friendly. They thoroughly went through what I could expect at each station and what the next step was. They are a very busy place but they do well keeping things moving and paying close attention to their donors. I felt very safe and well looked after during my time here. Plus the person who started my line got it on the first sick. I can be a hard duck so I was impressed!

I felt so comfortable as a first time donor and the Greenwood BioLife staff was so nice!! It gets busy but that’s to be expected when people are getting off work and going straight to donate. Overall, the experience and atmosphere were clean and friendly!

They waist too much time talking about and scrutinizing amongst each other about donors when they come in what is there to talk about if you don’t know much about a donor? You’ll be waiting for almost 2 hours to get on the floor maybe they should focus on their task instead of pondering about a donor who they only see for twice a week. Stop making people wait too long.

fishing in someone’s arm with a very large needle is not proper procedure and you Never Ever take a needle out and slide same needle back in a patients arm. This place is ridiculous from the knowledge of venipuncture to the unorganized system they work with. The staff members have chips on their shoulders and absolutely zero common sense or compassion for any clients coming in or out. The wait time is ridiculous and you wind up making less than said minimum wage sometimes. Because you get paid for your plasma, you’re immediately treated like second class low rate citizens. Absolutely appalled by the staff behavior. I guarantee the only reason they have 5 star reviews present is because they offer bonus incentives for showing the staff center your fake 5 star review.
