Don’t bother donating here. I had an appointment time at 1:00pm. Arrived at 12:50pm. The checkin desk told me I would not be seen for at least 5-6 HOURS. Why make people sign up for appointments when that means absolutely nothing. It wasn’t crowded at all either. The workers told me that this was a normal daily thing and that the appointment slots are never followed unless you are the 7:00am first appointment of the day. Really disappointing.

Okay so this is coming honestly from me. The customer service there is truly outstanding. Every time I visit, I feel a warm and welcoming atmosphere, especially thanks to the Indian woman and man who work there. Their friendly smiles and helpful nature make me feel appreciated as a donor. They go above and beyond to ensure that I understand the entire process, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. I’m grateful for their thorough explanations, which make me feel confident and comfortable during each visit. Everyone else is nice aswell but the two I’ve mentioned made the greatest impact about how I feel at BioLife Plasma. So thank you ❤️

I recently started to donate plasma at the Biolife Bethel Road center and have to say it’s a rewarding experience as I know my donation is being used to save lives on a daily basis. It’s a bonus that they compensate my donations with a contribution to a debit card I am able to use to help with my ever rising expenses. So it’s a win-win ! The staff is knowledgeable and kind. The only drawback is the line is always long as I believe they may be understaffed. My first donation took nearly 5 hours and every time I go now it’s 2 hours to donate which is a little long in my opinion but I’m hopeful this improves.

I honestly never would have seen myself donating plasma but now that I have, I can’t see myself stopping. It makes sure that I eat and stay hydrated. It gives me some extra cash and it helps others!!! The only downside is the waiting but usually you’re either waiting long for the check in or for a bed, not both. I appreciate all of the staff who remain kind despite being short staffed.

BioLife is the best Plasma Donation center I have been to. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. The phlebotomists do a great job and make you feel comfortable. When you walk in it’s very clean and inviting.

This place has usually been good to me…but not this time. I am short on money and definitely needed to earn some easy cash this week before moving into my new home next week. I drove all the way out today with the little bit of gas that I had and just to find out you won’t let me donate and needed a lab test. You could have told me this prior to letting me drive all the way out. I wouldn’t have wasted my gas in the first place. I will not be returning.

The staff was friendly, informative and knowledgeable! My experience was great as a first time donor . Nurse Laurie was so patient and helpful with my physical! All of the techs worked as a team . They made me feel very comfortable and safe . I would recommend any donor wanting to help make a difference in so many lives whilst helping supplement your income should go to this site ! The professionalism was impressive. I am a phlebotomist of over a 10 years. I know what to look for and I think this facility is doing everything correctly !

Unsure of the point of making an appointment if I am going to go in and be quoted a 4 hour wait *just to be seen by the doctor*, it’s possible to wait that long to just be deferred. This is a regular occurrence as I have had multiple friends who have gone to this location to donate and have been quoted a similar 4-5 hours before being seen. The staff seemed fine, but the appointment scheduling has put everyone in a losing situation.
