Started off real good but then the donor pay dropped down below normal donor pay. Other than that, the staff is friendly and courteous. The place is super clean and well run. Being able to choose your time 3 weeks out is a plus too.

This facility is clean, the staff is friendly and professional. I’ve been going here for several years. Currently, there are lines so bring your patience. Most bring their phone (bring ear buds) or book to pass the time. It is cold so bring an extra sweater or small lap blanket. The process is painless and easy. I watch a movie on my phone while donating which makes the experience go by quickly. I will continue to donate as long as I can.

In general, the facility is fine. Last donation, new tech was is a hurry and blew my vein. It took the supervisor who noticed the iv wasn’t properly working. She then had to switch it to my other arm.

I’ve donated almost 500 times over the past 5 years. It’s clear they are understaffed, so wait times can get pretty long (up to 2 hours) at times, but you just never know. Staff is always nice, they work hard and do their best given the situation. Great money. Would definitely recommend, just know you might be there a while sometimes.

My experience donating, the place is very clean and the staff is very friendly but the problem is the long lines. You are supposed to eat well to avoid problems. On one occasion I ate well before going but waited more than 2 hours in line. When I donated I got dizzy due to pressure and low blood sugar due to having gone so long without eating. On another occasion they gave me a bad shot and my arm turned black and in pain. I consider that for everything that goes on the payment is very low. oh and when you start you have to donate 8 times in a month because if not the coupon they give you for starting expires and you do not receive what was promised for starting I had to miss a week because I felt bad about the same donations and I asked if Something could be done to avoid losing the coupon and they told me there is nothing they can do.

I have never been to a place to donate plasma That had such disrespectful employees and the fact that they talk so much instead of doing their job that you wait 3 hours in line. One employee Haya had the audacity to approach me. And tell me that she did not appreciate that. She wasn’t even on the floor I think she was on lunch and just walked by a conversation we were having. She wasn’t even on the Donating floor to be talked about.

I very much wanted to enjoy this process, help others and make some pocket money but have decided not to return. I have been 4 times and have not been able to complete a donation. I live 45 minutes away so it it is an hour and a half commitment before I walk in. Very first time my levels were too low to donate. Second time was able to complete physical but they didn’t stick me until almost 2 hours after my appointment and I had a reaction toward the end of the donation. They treated me well and made sure I was ok. Next time was super overbooked and I was offered an extra $50 to come back. When I went back today I found out that was over two sessions but also that they didn’t actually attach my friends name to my buddy bonus and they wouldn’t compensate her. Sat down after that and the girl sticking me had a hard time, she called someone else to push around and get it going. After about 20 minutes it was having issues and said I would have to switch arms. Ummmm…no thank you! I said I wasn’t interested in both arms hurting as the first stick was rather painful with the trouble. She said my compensation would be affected and I was only given $20. This is simply not worth the long waits, lack of skill and compensation. Finding a new way to supplement my income!

When you first sign up, they treat you like royalty. More specifically, on your physical plus the first two donations. After that, you become a “regular” and have to wait well over an hour in line to donate. Typically they are great at giving the IV’s and I never had any issues… Until my last donation. There is one phlebotomist there that has half of her hair shaved and piercings/ear gauges that caused me problems. Several hours before my last donation, I had eaten French fries and didn’t think that it would affect my donation, but about 3/4 of the way through my donation, my machine started going off indicating that there was too much fat in my blood. I understand that this was my fault and the facility can’t do anything about it, however, when I got up from my table, I accidentally knocked a broom over and I’m assuming the phlebotomist (mentioned above) thought I got an attitude about it so she apparently reported me to her manager and locked it to where I couldn’t make donations anymore because I “became violent” or something along those lines… it didn’t make any sense to me at all. I just know at the start of my donation, she was really smart mouthed with me from the beginning. This was weird behavior coming from her because before I had never had a problem. Maybe she just had a bad day, but reporting me for being hostile because you’re having a bad day is totally uncalled for!!! I was able to explain to the front desk what had happened, and they unlocked me again so I could donate more, but I just donated one more time and never went back. It’s not worth it.

Just want to say that Symberly is AMAZING. she is very kind and makes sure you are comfortable and that you understand what is happening and the process you’re going through. i’ve had to undergo 2 physicals and the first lady i had was very rude and hardly talked or told me what she was doing. Symberly does her job perfectly !
