Honestly doesn’t matter when you book. (Day of the week or time.)

If you want your arm messed up and bruised for 2+ weeks come here. Only a few people are actually careful and know how to stick. Once you’re done waiting for an hour or longer to get started for the donation and you’re finally done they stay talking about what they did this weekend while you sit and wait with a needle in your arm. DO NOT COME HERE !!

I would donate more if the process from walking into the door to complete a donation with an appointment didn’t take 3-4 hours. The time commitment alone makes me not go.

The people who work there, the vast majority are good people, the others seem like they just want to get rid of you soon….. donations are at least 2/3 hours on hold. They seem to stall for us to wait there, whenever I look they are talking to each other and a lot of people waiting for donations! I never complain and I don’t want to be complaining here but it’s even starting to affect my work, I have to take the whole afternoon off to be able to donate. And it’s not because they’re paying me that I have to wait forever. I donate blood and plasma from Brazil and no one has ever kept me waiting so long, I’m donating to help other people and I’m automatically paid here in the United States for that but in Brazil I don’t pay and I made a point of donating

Plan on spending a couple of hours here. Severely understaffed and only use 3 of their 8 sections with machines. I’ve been here two hours and am still waiting to get hooked up. The staff is great, but the greedy company needs to hire more of them. I switched to this center upon moving to Orlando, and my last center did not have these issues.

if you close at 7, and you know that it takes about an hour, hour and a half from the time someone walks in to when they get a bed (although sometimes it can be 2.5 hours) why would you have open reservation times for 6:45? just cut off the appointment times at 5:45 because waiting to donate plasma that helps someone and getting kicked out at the end definitely contributes to a lot of one star ratings.

Wait time is HORRENDOUS! When you schedule an appointment online they are every 5 minutes apart. It takes a MINIMUM of 25 minutes donating, I have gone 4 times in the last month and ALWAYS 2 to 3 hours. Staff is rarely friendly and I love people, they chat to one another (slowing things up) but barely speak to donors. It definitly makes it hard to want to donate. It consumes SO much time and they are always behind and never in a hurry. 🙁

The first two times I went here were good, as others say it does take a long time but thats no problem as long as you plan for it. However, I went back today and was turned away because my pulse was “too high”. I absolutely understand being turned away if this was actually the case for my own safety… however they asked me to wait to see if it went down and in this time I took my pulse 3 times all for a full minute and all 3 times it was WNL. The staff proceeded to tell me that he “has to go by the machine” although most trained medical professionals would know that a machine HR is never as accurate as a manual HR, yet he wouldn’t take one. I feel awful writing a negative review but I am just baffled by what just happened, and now 2 hours of my life are just wasted.

It’s been 2 hours and I just got through the screening process and I still have to wait for the actual donation with 20 people waiting. Location is severely understaffed it is not even using half of their machines on the donation floor, fact they have 4 areas that are being used as storage and one area that could be used but understaffed.
