Terrible service. Went in as a first time donor. Nobody helped. A random nurse came over to the front desk after another lady was threatening to call corporate and then she referred to me (finally). Then they sent me to a dark nursery after I told them I was a new donor and after that, I was pretty much abandoned. Another guy was there but the front desk lady that i had mentioned before, checked in on him and completely ignored me. I tried speaking up but she turned around asap. Last time I go there ho estly. That place is absolutely horrible and very unorganized. I do not advise anyone to go there to donate plasma.

Well I’ve been coming to this location for almost a year now. So much so that the employees know me and we’re always having good conversation. I’ve noticed a huge shift though recently. Lots of new hires so that means lots of bruising. Most of the time, my roommates are complaining about how they get bruised or had a bad stick after their donation. Happens to me too. Don’t get me wrong, the people are sweet and they always brighten my day. Just a significant drop in quality that I’ve noticed. The reason I’m writing this is because I was due for a blood sample to test my protein and stuff like that. The 1st sample said I had low protein levels so I tried again. The second time was probably the most painful experience of my life. I’m tough but I almost cried that day. Took a while but they eventually got it after trying a few tubes. Told me they would call within 10 days with results and I never got that call. I called them and nobody picked up so I went in person just for them to tell me they lost my sample. They lost it?!?! Nope not going through that a third time. Again though, I love the employees and they make my day better. Just think there’s been a big shift in quality is all.

Justin is the best manager. He took care of me at my last visit and made my experience great! I’ve been coming there about the same time he started working for Biolife, which is about 5 years ago. He has always been kind to me and goes out of his way to say hello.

I specifically drive an hour just to use this facility because I feel I am getting friendly, and knowledgeable care. Blitzen, Eddie, Alexandra, Robert, Chelsea, Saw, and just every employee I’ve had the pleasure of meeting with has been comforting and a great help that I can’t even name them all! I thank you for your continued hard work and will be visiting again soon.

This place is joke. I am not donating or attempting to donate here every again. Went to donate on a “special” this morning. Told my blood pressure is “too high.”. I’ve never had this problem anyplace else. This is aftter wasting an hour or my time. Take me out of your system.

The staff at the Casselberry location are very friendly and attentive to me during my visits. Which is saying something considering they all work their butts off for hours on end! I can see some of them are very tired, but they don’t seem to let that effect their work and they always seem to give it their all. My only point of criticism is the bathroom not having soap the last few visits.

I had nothing but problems from the start. Don’t waste your time trying to get a promotion because they will find a way for you not to qualify I had two cards they gave me that didn’t work, it took me a month to get to use my donation money. They pay more but bott worth the hassle They told me my protein was low and I couldn’t donate until I gave a good sample. I went to give the sample, never heard back from them so I went again because no one ever a answers the phone, They told me the sample was never tested and they don’t know why. I went back to CAL, no issues.

There are donors that come from work all night to donate and there are donors that donate before going to work and the staff doesn’t care .

The older lady that works at the front desk is very rude. She was rude to me and my friend that tried donating. She wouldn’t allow me to donate because even though my SS Card is legitimate, and you can read the numbers, because SHE couldn’t read one of the numbers she sent me out the door. And this was after showing my card to two other staff members and asking me to verbally say my SSN. It made me uncomfortable to have multiple people examining my SSN. If she knew she wasn’t going to accept it she should’ve just have given it back immediately and not asked me to verbally speak it and show other employees. Her tone was just extremely rude and mind you I went twice and both times she was rude. Get someone else to be the face of your company.

Honestly one of the worst bio life’s I’ve ever been to. The front desk isn’t at all inviting or trained well, and I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. My appointment was at 2 and by 3:45 I hadn’t even been checked to see if I could even donate. When they finally pricked my finger and cleared me, they told me that the wait was about 3 more hours. Extremely understaffed and overworked. I qualified for a new donor program and they tried to only give me $20 for today. The ONLY high note was the kind man who had done my physical, made me feel welcome, and gave me an excuse to leave and not continue donating. 3 hours wasted for nothing.
