First of all, they are very understaffed. There are 5 or 6 stations for people to be checked in, and I’ve only ever seen one in operation. If your appointment is at 3, expect to not be seated for donation for 1.5 hours. So the “hour” they talk about is a crock, more like 2 or 3. When you call, no one answers the phone. If you have technical difficulties, health questions, scheduling questions, you have to go directly to the office, which is very inconvenient.

No profesionalism by the staff turned me away. First time donor and I got yelled at, I am 68 and at this age I deserve to ge treated with respect and kindness. If you want to donate plasma do it where they can treat you politely

So unprofessional especially the Black nurse with cornrolls. I asked a simple question when would I be seen after 17 minutes past my appointment at 1:30 pm without saying anything. She jumped down my throat saying don’t you see me helping these people. So rude all she had to do was say I apologize for your wait I will help you next or as soon as I can. It’s still almost 35 minutes past my appointment and I haven’t heard anything. They treat you like you”re not human. She’s deliberately ignoring me so unprofessional!!!!

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was it was my first time and I wasn’t greeted or told where to go. I waited in the regular doner line and had told the counter nurse and she told me where to go. After we got that sorted everything went smoothly! Also it’s really cold here bundle up!

This place needs to hire more staffing. They have signs posted stating “it’s your hour” but it’s more like 2 hours because the wait time due to staff shortages. They recently implemented new machines that are supposed to be faster but seems to cause more hematoma incidents than before. Then you have to wait standard 8 weeks to donate again. Only positive is the friendly staff.

Every time I visit the clinic for my donation, there are less than a handful of technicians that stand out amongst the rest due to their skill-set and hospitality: Samoneé is exceptional. She always makes me feel like a valued donor and penetrates me the way I like.

Being a new donor, I was a bit nervous. Happily, the staff is the bestest, funny, friendly, and family orientated. The laughs I had with Francisco, Mrs.Reece, Hailey, and a couple others is a memory added in my book. I will be back!! Thank you for making me feel special

Everyone at the Arlington location is very personable. Fransisco, Mike, Rebecca, Brittany, and Jessica are always helpful, able to answer any questions I have. The other donors make the process fund as well. A donation can usually average about an hour and a half. I’m always able to make the best of the time. It’s nice to have the extra money and the conrodery.

I was scheduled for a verbal appointment because my protein was low when I came. They called and cleared me to donate that when she verbally told me 12:30pm. I came early to my appointment ahead of time and they changed my appointment time to 1:30pm without notify me. I am so disappointed they wanted me to sit outside for a hour in 100 plus degrees. If I wasn’t struggling and in need of the money. This unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

Visiting from Wisconsin and donated at BioLife in Jacksonville this evening. Francesco placed the needle in my arm effortlessly! He was very professional, extremely confident and put me at ease right away. He is truly an outstanding employee.
