Have been 3 times and they were experiencing staffing issues. 5 minutes into interview nurse tells me I can’t give because I have tattoos on the inside of my arms.

Great experience all around! Friendly and professional staff; and, they keep things moving! So easy to help those in need of these treatments, and treat yourself as well!! Two thumbs up for me!

I had a appt at 11:30 and it’s 1:30 and I’m still standing in line. I know scheduling isn’t perfect and neither is being short staffed but this is happening more and more every week. Something needs to be done about it. If it’s going to be a short staffed day then take less people / less appts. It’s looking like it will be 2 and a half hours before I even get to sit down to start donating and that’s unacceptable. On top of that after waiting that long they send back multiple people at the same time then forget who’s in what order and will start sticking people that were after you. Uncalled for smh.

Great facility with professional and respectful employees. It’s good to know that donations are so beneficial to people that require plasma therapy. The process is easy to do and the extra money helps. If you are considering donating, just understand there’s a need to screen donors to protect those that receive plasma. Once you pass the initial screening, donations are fast and painless.

Is completely incompetent staff. I was 2 minutes late to my appointment. And was told that I have to reschedule because I was five minutes late. The only reason I was over five minutes late was because no one was at the front desk. Some slow white bald head guy By the name of mister, b proceeds to kick me out of the facility for being upset about the situation. GREAT JOB GUYS! AWSOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Don’t come in more than 5 mins before or after your “appointment.” If you come in more than 5 mins after you are cancelled and will have to reschedule. This is a new policy they have refused to inform anyone of until you’re finding out you have wasted time for nothing. If you do get to stay for your appointment, be prepared to wait for at least an hour before donation, because the new donors who aren’t even verified to be able to donate get to jump in front of screening lines. To say they are understaffed is quite the understatement, perhaps pay your phlebotomists a more enticing wage and they will be more inclined to ‘stick’ around. Beware and be prepared to spend 2-3 hours here.

I have been a donor at the Ogeechee Rd location in Savannah for 11 months, and my experiences thus far has been great! The facility is always clean and organized, which is a plus for me with OCD. The staff is always professional, educational, and welcoming, especially Alicia, Alexis, Dakota, LaShawn, Mckensie, and Scott! They definitely make my experience worth it. Kudos to the ENTIRE staff. You are greatly appreciated.

They had me there for two hours. Then not letting me donate because of a tattoo I’ve had for years. Same tattoo I had all the other times I donated.. They told me I needed pictures of my tattoo for proof. I’m outraged.

Go somewhere else. Takes almost 2/12 hours everytime. Seen them mess up two ladies before messing me up. In summary: terribly inefficient, I’ve gone to better places that worked better despite all the same excuses
