I cannot figure out for the life of me why Anastasia isn’t a manager/ supervisor. People do not recognize her for her hard work. It’s really not hard to see. Don’t y’all see her name on the appreciation board?? I’ve been coming here for a whole year. The turnover is unreal, but the good people do stay. I feel like I know nothing about plasma but I could stilllll run this place more efficiently than you guys do. It’s frustrating to see brilliant people being pushed to the side. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the good workers who make this place still have me coming. That’s it.

Everybody is super nice, and the process is easy. The facility is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The only down side is that they frequently seem understaffed, and the lines get very very long.

Everybody is so friendly and the Phlebotomist are super friendly! Every member of staff makes the process go really smooth! Although, I’d wish they would offer more promotions for current donors, this place is awesome!

The staff is great and the facility is clean. The wait times are horrible. We have all these machines but only half open most of the time. The longest time spent was 3.5 hours. I was really disappointed the first time I went. I went in for the promotion of $900 for the first month. The looked at my veins and picked which arm to take it. I kept telling them no it wouldn’t work there and to please use a particular spot. Well needless to say the gave me a hematoma that bruised my arm so bad for a month. They did the same with the other. There went Christmas . I feel guilty going in to make donations for the money but because of all the time I spend in there not so much anymore. Would be nice if there were chairs too to sit in while waiting. Standing sure does a number on my bad knee and back.

The lady at the desk has a wonderful spirit, the way she greets you when you come in and your staff also is very nice and the people who hook you up to the machine gets it on the first stick. Special shout out to Bella!

Usually okay, horrible wait times. When I went today the needle fell out of my arm. It fell out of my arm. The phlebotomists doing both sticks treated me as if it was my fault. When I spoke to management about the situation, all I received was attitude.
