Bernard made sure I was taking care of and was very professional and nice. He works at a smooth pace that actually quickens the process. ✅

Not sure what happened but seems like the phlebotomists are trash. My boyfriend went ans there for hours. Then he told me he had to be stuck in both arms. Then he said that the person struck the vein the wrong way and told him he couldn’t donate. Then they put the plasma back in his body and told him because of the way they stuck him he couldn’t take his bandaid off for 5 hours or he would bleed out…should we be concerned?

Its horrible. Average donations take 3 to 4 hours sometimes when it should be about a hour. They leave u in line for hours an half of the chairs are empty. The employees don’t care the managers have no since of urgency an consideration for other people time. This place need’s better management someone who can run this place the way it should be. If its empty chair’s its no reason why anyone should be waiting in line. That makes the appointment time’s completely useless. Why u need a appointment an u still gotta wait 2 hours or more before you even get seated

Spent two hours being screened as a new donor for them to tell me I was rejected because I admitted to sneezing ONCE that morning due to seasonal allergies.

Again, just as some of these reviews, which are really complaints, are targeting the customer service of this facility, this/ my review will basically be the same.

Wait times are soooo long. You are required to make an appointment but that doesn’t matter. I’m currently in line , I’ve been waiting a hour already and I still have probably another hour to wait with only 4 people in front of me. They also don’t open their whole floor. Meaning it’s bed they can put guest on but they aren’t. The staff is rude . They don’t make you happy to donate more like a problem because you came.

Just get a job. By the time you finish your shift, you would still be in line here anyway. They are sooo slow and it gets slower each time I come. I’m currently typing this review in line (where I’ve been the past 3hrs). It’s insane and they have no sense of urgency whatsoever. I’ll continue to wait on the McDonough location, at least they’re efficient. I understand being short staffed or whatever, but you need to update your schedule and take away time slots if you know you can’t meet business needs.

Worst plasma donation center in the state. How do you make someone take a blood test just to tell them the lab couldn’t test it. So now I have to go back and wait another 7 days for results. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Snobby attitude and understaffed. No wonder they’ll just hire anyone. Should have just stayed with CSL. I will never visit this business again.
