Mr.Jared was so kind and helpful! He had a great sense of humor as well! He answered all my questions and made sure I was knowledgeable and prepared for my donor experience! I donated for the first time this week and I couldn’t have chose a better location! The employees I came in contact with were super helpful with questions I had and overall treated me super well. My first donation didn’t go too smoothly as I started to feel sick, but right away staff came over to me and treated me, made conversation with me to distract me from how I was feeling and she really helped me through the process in feeling better! I wish I got her name, I’m very satisfied with how I was treated. Only complaint would have to be the women’s bathroom being super dirty!

The staff are good but not great. Some staff are conversational and care about you as a person other will totally disregard you and not say hello or how are you today. Additionally, it is complete garbage to have to check in at the front. I have been to several other facilities where you do not have to check in and you can just walk in and do your questionnaire. The staff who was at the front with green chunky reading glasses was very unprofessional and not very polite. She didn’t take the time to put her own personal feelings to the side and explain that is what they do here at this facility. She chose to have a poor attitude and allowed her feelings to get in the way over her professionalism.

I made an appointment and had my old SS card with my maiden name but I did have my tax papers (which is an option according to their site). They said since they already saw my old security card that I would either need to bring in my new one or my marriage license. Their site literally says they would take other forms for the SSN. I drove 40 minutes to do this only to be told that I couldn’t because of improper ID.

I’m officially done trying with bio life, I went in about 5 different times for a donation and I was sent home each time for different stipulations they have in place, each time I was sent home I did exactly what they asked, drink a lot of water eat lots of fruits veggies proteins etc, but after all that I still get sent home without even a second thought. Each time they sent me home they just told me that I couldn’t participate and sent me on my way. The staff in the building seem like they only care about a check and not their donators.

I would like to start of by saying everyone there was friendly, nice, and definitely helpful… my one star review comes from 2 appointments in a row where i was left with these HUGE bruises for WEEKS after the initial poke. I tried this location twice to give it another chance. but this bruise is worst than the last time. I was poked, and right away i begun swelling, instead of taking out the needle and compressing immediately, i was left there with the needle in my arm while the technician ran for help. causing this HUGE bruise. All the people i dealt with were personable, but that doesn’t mean they know what they are doing. there needs to be more training, & faster reaction times to hematomas. i hope no one goes through what i did, but i have to speak up because i know that this is not okay..
