I’ve donated 15 times so far at this location. Plan your donations on days that you have ample time to wait. Don’t come right before your shift at work. Some guests act like they’re being held against their will to donate, when no one is forcing them to be there! We all want some extra $$ (and to save lives) so we have to wait. The money is great, however, after the new donor bonus, compensation decreases to $90 a week ($40 then $50). There’s an occasional bonus on the app. The technicians are amazing here, always making clients feel welcome. Marvin is an extremely kind and diligent technician. Definitely recommend this center.

I had a great experience here. All of their staff was kind and did their job efficiently. A lot of people have something to say about time wait but I’ve been to other plasma centers before and I feel like they were one of the quicker centers. The person checking me in, was super informative and very kind also the phlebotomist, Anisa, was awesome and I didn’t even feel anything when she stuck me.

I don’t care what anyone says, Biolife in Attleboro is the best place for plasma donations. I say this because it’s the cleanest place, has the most pleasant and professional staff, and the most efficient and fast operational procedures. Even on busy days they handle high foot traffic with a smile. Jorge, Victor, Jenna, all the ladies in medical, and a few others whose names slipped my mind are all fantastic people who truly care about the people who visit the center. I’ve been other places and they don’t compare. Trust me. Biolife is the one.

I have yet to donate. I continue to need more and more releases from my PCP and specialists. Today they told me I have Diabetes!!! I have never been told this by my doctor or am I being treated for it. They gave me a form to have my PCP fill out stating I do not have this condition. I cannot bring it back physically. It must be faxed from the doctor’s office. Setting the stage for more human error. When I watched a documentary on tv it sounded like they were taking junkies right off the street. I am going to take all of this stalling and excessive caution to discontinue my wanting to participate in something that is adding extra stress to my life. I would recommend saying and offering as little health history as possible. They take C.Y.A. to a whole other level. I am glad I had this negative introduction before I might have enjoyed the extra money. Not worth all the trouble I have been through and never even got started. Good luck to all those who donate!

Always wanted to help my friend with immune deficiency and needing scheduled infusions requiring plasma. BioLife recently opened a donation site in my community. Never having donated before, I was a little nervous…but a great knowledgeable staff made it so easy….shout out to Jenna and Marvin for great skills and a friendly welcome!

Very disappointed once again I get sent off after going out of my way to get to this location. I purposely didnt go to another location because I was going to give this location another chance. Today I’m told I dont have suitable veins to donate but I donate faithfully at another location twice a wk so that cannot be possible. I honestly feel the associate that checked my veins just wanted to make my experience difficult and she purposely made me feel that way. I explained I may not give the company another chance and of course the staff Could care less and showed no empathy to my feelings. What happens next if i give this place another chance just to possibly get sent out again and then another disappointed experience?

It’s pretty straightforward. If you have all of your info ready, double check their website to make sure that you are eligible of course. And you should have a smooth process. The staff here at BioLife are super friendly, and are properly trained. New trainees are supervised, and I feel very safe. Wonderful first time experience, will be coming back.
