Great overall experience. There was a long wait, but I did somewhat anticipate that because it was the very first day and everyone who came had to go through the entire process. For your very first visit give yourself a few hours, especially while there are a lot of new donors. The staff is all very courteous and kind. They checked on the donors frequently. The facility is kept very cold so be prepared. I brought a blanket for when I was doing my donation and was so thankful that I had it. I only wish I had worn socks and sneakers instead of flip flops.

I scheduled an appointment at 11:40. At 1:40 I left because there were numerous people who were ahead of me still waiting to be taken back for their physical. 1 gentleman mentioned he had been there 3 hours.

There are alot of people trai ning, which will eventually be good. 1st time there someone didnt clamp thelines coming out of machine after a donation n it sprayed everywhere inclufing the back of my leg. No apologies or snything done to my psnts. They dud hurry to sorsy down the area but i had to ask to be moved due to the strong clorox fumes.

Grand Opening day was a bit hectic with the typical hiccups. Overall everyone was super polite and kind. Once the staff become more accustom to the flow of people it should be a great experience for everyone. I would recommend the Salisbury location to everyone.

Great facility,Clean and bright! Zee checked me in and was very nice and personable. Malaya drew my plasma, she was very nice as well. She talked me through everything and checked on me often.

Brand new center. Very professional and caring team. Give yourself a solid 2 hours if it is your first time. Drink a lot of water the day before and the morning of so that the plama collection goes faster.
