This location is completely incompetent and irresponsible as it pertains to the clients that are donating.

Very friendly, efficient and professional. The process was explained well and all questions answered. It’s clear everyone here is treated with respect. Kevin and Taylor were great with making sure I was comfortable during the donation.

BioLife is extremely clean and efficient. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. They did a great job making sure I felt comfortable and answered any and all questions I had. I truly felt like I was in great hands. 10/10 would come here again and will be recommending my friends.

The staff at the Medford location are very professional and helpful! Their system is designed to get as many people to the donation beds as quick as possible. Taylor was the first technician I came in contact with and he was wonderful in making me not so nervous!!

I like this place a lot. They organized their screening process and the line problem that they were having a couple months ago. The staff are friendly and the facility is always immaculate and clean. My donation process is always efficient (helps if you drink a lot of water too). The only issue I have is that some of the staff who screen the donors don’t know how to properly take a blood pressure. My blood pressure was 88/49 on retake and originally 89/51 the first time around. I could feel how loose the cuff was on my arm, but it didn’t occur to me until after I was sent home that that might be the reason for the low screening. My blood pressure is usually low, but not that low. I took my blood pressure when I got home, and it was 105/52.

Overall a great experience from initial donation to subsequent ones. For those interested in donating set aside about 2-3 hours for your first donation but after that you can except to be here for an hour. The staff is super friendly and professional and very organized.

The staff here were all great, but things were running very slowly when I donated. Maybe Fridays are just busier than other days, but I spent almost 4 hours there for my first appointment. Online they mention a longer first appointment, so I expected to be there for about 2 hours which unfortunately just wasn’t the case. Definitely plan for an extended first visit.

I’m pleased to found out BioLife. I’m blood donor in Brazil and in May was the month to donor again, as I arrived in Boston to study I started search where I could donor, then I bumped across BioLife (Medford) to donor plasma. Their service is pretty amazing, you can use their app mobile to schedule and follow all the things you need to know related your donations. The process is pretty simple, just sign up, donor your plasma and the money goes straight to the debit card they’ll give you in your first appointment. For every donation you do you’ll get paid straight way. As soon as you finish your donation the money will be in your debit card. I felt so good, because while I’m helping someone I can make some money. Then I started to spread that wonderful news. Also, I wanna highlight their staff, kind human being. It help us a lot to feel so relaxed. You’re doing a great job guys. Together we can let people’s life better.
