I have been coming to this location 2x a week since January. The location is ALWAYS spotless. The health screening team is so sweet and kind. The nurses are great as well. As for the Phlebotomist team they are wonderful. My favorites are Zach and M (young dark haired girl). I can be a hard stick but the team always work with my veins and get the job done. Sean knew of the higher ups is always on the floor helping as well. This team is really great, they make me feel cared for.

Arrived for my appt. At 2:12, had the 10 minute grace period for 2:05 appointment. Their system wouldn’t scan my finger so I had to stand in line waiting to check in manually with them for 5 minutes and was told i couldn’t donate because it was “after the grace period.” Bad service.

As of right now, my first experience is good. The nurse and Shaun were very personable and made my first time comfortable.

I don’t trust anyone there besides Nimat. There was this one girl who literally would be so rough with the needle and would literally stab me I took started bleeding. They have to do better. I will not be going back period there wait times are unrealistic. They says you’ll be in and out but you wait STANDING the entire time up to 1-2 hours if you’re unlucky at the back of the line. I just don’t think it’s worth putting your life at risk so the “girls” can poke around in your veins then the white girl with the bright eyes was literally trying to get me deferred because of my lip piercing (which I’ve had for years and wore it to every one of my appointments. Long story short the girls here suck except for Nimat.

I am giving this 1 star because the biolife site said I was eligible to donate with the types of medications I am on, but after spending 2 hours there I was told I couldn’t donate due to the medications I am on. I was not a walk-in. I made an appointment and did everything right. and wasted my time and was not compensated for my time. I would highly recommend that if you are interested in participating, in giving plasma to biolife for compensation. Research if your medications will disqualify you. i wouldn’t do this on biolifes site. Simply type your medications in on Google and see if it will disqualify you. Don’t waste your time like it did, especially if you won’t be compensated for your time.

Wait time and service isn’t the worst. But didn’t get paid for 3 weeks and in the end they told me basically “too bad there’s nothing we can do.” After I waited on the phone for 40 minutes

Ended up severely bruised by a poorly skilled phlebotomist and they refused to extend my promotional coupon even though it was their fault I was too bruised to donate. I followed all of their recommendations for hydration and nutrition in advance of donating. Very disappointed they treat donors with so little humanity. They just lost a very healthy donor.

Used to think this was the best location due to the shirt lines. This has changed. Showed up for my appointment and the line to get checked in was to the door. Craziness. You would think they would limit the amount of people who can schedule an appointment for this time Second bad experience. Will no longer be donating after this appointment. Over 2 hours here.

I arrived there at 5:30 pm and left at 9:40 pm. Insane, they shouldn’t accept all the people if they don’t have enough staff at this point. Crazy, definitely not worth the money.

The staff is decently managed and somewhat responsive but they are hit or miss when it comes to the donation process . Lately I’ve had more bad experiences than good ones
