I have been a donor for a month. If they want to keep repeat donors they really need to be better at scheduling. They should only allow so many appointments per time slot and those time slots should reflect their staffing level. In the month I have been going this has been a major issue. I have never been there less than 2 hours from my appointment time, last week 2 hours 20 min. If I have a scheduled appointment It should not take an entire hour before I am seated on a bed waiting to be stuck. There Is a very obvious lack of staff that needs to be addressed. Once you are off the new donor promo you would need to donate twice per week $40 donation 1 and $95 donation 2. Not sure if the waiting is worth it for that. If these issues were seriously addressed and rectified I would absolutly donate more often. As would the several people I conversed with while standing in line waiting. It seems to be the general frustration of most donors as far as I can tell

I do not recommend this place at all. I arrived there as a new donor barely any patients there, huge location with plenty of staffing it seemed. Off the bat the lady who helped me was friendly though made me wait about 45 minutes before it started getting annoying to see as there is barely anyone there. I checked with the same lady kindly asking about how much longer it will be because they told me 2 hours total of being there. Immediate rudeness and attitude from her and makes me wait another 25 min. A full hour Im waiting to even be seen so I decide to walk out without even being seen because I refuse to spend any more time there. I will not return here for even a moment of my time. Very unprofessional how the worker spoke to me and how long of waiting time there truly is. Will be looking for a better donation center as I know there definitely is better options than this place. I can understand all the bad reviews. Believe them.

Loved working with the nurse Danielle who walked me through the whole process and made me feel at ease. Tierney and Jenn are the absolute best phlebotomists, keeping you comfortable and calm while checking on your needs in their sections. They leave barely a mark!

I’m first time donation and profound deaf. Staff are very friendly and helpful, make sure everything goes smoothly for my needs. Well done, staff at BioLife!

The worst experience of my entire life, I have never felt so humiliated as I did today. Nurse MICHELLE was super rude to me. I’m an English student, so my listening is not the best, and she didn’t have a bit of respect and understanding. It was my first attempt to donate (which didn’t happen and I don’t know why). I’m traumatized. I wish she finds peace in her life and learns to better serve the people who go there to help, as a nurse she should at least know how to do that.

Having appointment issues with the app, I called twice just to leave msgs. They returned my call well over 24 hrs later saying my appointment was all set to come in. So I walk the mile and a half to get there to give a protein sample as I was instructed by a notification. Sent to the nurse where I was told I wouldn’t be able to give a sample for a couple of days. So I walk back home the mile and a half without having either given a sample or donated. This could have been conveyed to me on the phone the day prior. Wasted my time and energy for sure. If I could give zero stars on the visit I would.

Great staff! Very helpful and kind. They are always smiling which is comforting for new patient. Quick to answer questions and offer advise on after care. We really like it here!

-Extremely long wait times: habitually 30min-1 hour wait to see the vitals technicians, over 30 minutes to be seated in a bed and set up, 15-30 minutes to be discharged at the end of the appointment. I spend over 2 hours at this place every donation, and my actual donation time is always 30-35 minutes.

I’ve been trying to donate for weeks, I was referred by a friend. we are students, we have no social. My friend got it normally, but I can’t. Apparently it’s not a rule. It’s confuse. I sent a message on Instagram and later by email, got no response.
