Bio-Blood Components, Inc. is a wonderful place to donate. It is a clean facility. To apply to donate, is very detailed flow and very informative with information. They are very helpful and willing for you to asks questions. All of the workers have a pleasant personality. The atmosphere is peaceful. They care about their clients well-being. Another important thing is that by me doesn’t like needles, the ones that connects you to a machine they are very concerned how to insert the needle into your arm and it doesn’t hurt me. They go out of their way to make sure that I have a wonderful experience. And the plasma donation payment is more than what I have expected and what it use to be . This is my third time donating here since returning back as a new donator. And a shout out to my friend Norman (sadly, who had passed away) and to his family. My thoughts and prayers are with them. In my returning, who (Norman) I was expecting to see again. He was a wonderful guy with a great personality. He made sure that you are taken care of all the time. He is gratefully missed . I thank you all (Bio-Blood Components, Inc) for a wonderful returning experience.

Will never return to this place sat for over an hour watching them get new donors ready but me (as well a new donor) was ignored the entire time. The lady working the front counter her name was Tammy was incredibly rude and acted like she only wanted to help the female patients I would advice anyone and everyone to go to CSL much cleaner faster and much more friendly staff

I’m glad I called first. The service edict is terrible. They have terrible policies. You don’t know what the donation payment is, till they make it up. The consistency of negative reviews is shocking. I’ll report them to BBB…

I’ve been coming here for over a year to get extra cash and I’ve only donated successfully twice. Every time I’ve came to donate, they turn me away before even looking at my arm and when they do look at my arms they’re too busy talking and watching tv and shouting from across the way about unrelated things. I just came in TODAY after going to the doctors and I asked them to check my veins due to the issues incase I actually had a vein problem and I was told that my veins are normal and there’s no reason I shouldn’t be able to donate especially if I’m drinking enough water, so I brought the information with me today and told the same lady that’s been turning me away, and I told her what my doctor said and she told me without hesitation before I could even finish talking that doctors don’t know what they’re doing, you can never trust them! And I didn’t get a chance to reply because she told me to just go on back, so I went back and the same thing I’ve been dealing with happened, I was told one of my arms were able to donate but because the other can’t, I can’t come back for 6 months, i said but I’ve been able to donate with just one arm, and she told me that they just changed their policy and I told her then why doesn’t anyone inform anyone who comes in? Why isn’t there a sign? She then told me to try CSL and I said to her the place that all of you have been complaining about right in front of even who comes to donate? And she just blankly stared at me. I walked away because I was genuinely upset, I genuinely need the money right now. And I just found out that someone I know is donating with just one arm and they were told since they were here before the new policy, BUT I WAS HERE BEFORE THE NEW POLICY TOO. I just don’t understand why they all have to be so aggressive, I haven’t been able to donate successfully since last year and THE ONE TIME I CAN YA’LL CHANGED THE POLICY. But still take back people of choice with one arm. I just don’t understand how this place is still being ran when everything being done is POORLY DONE. I’m hoping that I’ll get a reply from this review maybe I can get HR’S number so this can be fixed idk.

Came in 4 times to donate got turned away 3 times 4 time came in an hour after they opened to go through there steps just to be told my veins are not good. Staff was rude each time and it is not cheap to drive where I’m from 60miles and left each time with nothing. I’m very disappointed in how they treat people. They were hostile with my wife when she had a calm demeanor very disappointed

When I went in there your employee Tasha was bashing the transgendered community. Her misogynistic comments towards them and Bruce Jenner were highly inappropriate and disrespectful there is also more than one witness that heard her screaming those slurs

I been coming here for 7yrs and it’s gotten so bad. They are the slowest I ever remember. Everyone is so slow and just takes their time. I dread coming here because it’s always ridiculous. 2 people ahead of you, plan on at least 30min before you get called. Plan on about 3hrs total. It used to be really nice to come here. How does it get worse and worse? There is no urgency, just lazy lazy people who don’t really know how to do their jobs. Pathetic.
