Heather is fine. She never came off as rude to me or anyone else during the days that I donated. I just want the clinics to open back up, so I can donate again. The temporary closing of the clinics came at the absolutely worst time for me, but beggars can’t be choosers I suppose.

Love this place the staff is so nice here and they treat customers with respect. Been coming here for a little while and they make sure that the experience is one to remember. Highly recommend for donating plasma. I come 2 times a week (witch is what they allow you to do in a week). If you are scared or nervous with needles they make sure you don’t feel it or they will keep you from worrying. Thank you for the great staff.
