This place is terrible. You walk in and there’s eight people waiting, half of them looking for help. There are no employees to check you in or help you. There are no clear instructions. It was supposed to be my first donation and I ended up waiting almost a full hour with no one speaking to me or telling me what to or to expect. There are people sitting on the floor, playing loud music, people sitting in the employees chair. It’s completely unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere unless you don’t mind waiting literal hours not even on the donation process or completing paperwork literally just waiting to start it, even if you have an appointment. I couldn’t believe a practice would be run like that. I was in shock. I’m upset I didn’t read the reviews before hand. They’re all true. They overbook, and don’t care. It’s also not the urgent care I took a picture of the outside of you for some odd reason do decide to donate here and waste your time.

1st off Staff is Great (hence at least the 2 stars). Issue is Appointment time doesn’t equal time actually seen (which needs to be corrected, not to mention 1 of 2 sign in cpu was down), waited an entire 2 hours to be brought to the back, pay has sturdily decreased since initial visits (late winter, currently mid summer), staff has increased along with more chairs/machiner hook ups yet seems to be more of a wait and again less of a return (financially). Again Staff is Great but Management/ Ownership needs to adjust Scheduling/ Timing of Patients.

It’s sad that I had to give you a one star review, because us were good at one point in time onto the situation that occurred yesterday us asked for peoples emergency contact, but when a situation happens in your facility, you do not reach out to the emergency contact, granite even if I was outside you should’ve came out and got me somebody should of but no nobody did. I am highly upset on how us handle the situation yesterday with my daughter.

I feel bad making this review because these people obviously provide a valuable service, and they compensate you pretty well for it, but the experience is truly awful. Heres what your experience will be like: You sign up for a time slot online. You show up on time, maybe even a little early. You wait for over an hour and a half, sometimes 2 hours, in a cramped and hot waiting area. There are about 4 chairs total, and far more people than that. So you stand, for hours, waiting. Because there’s nothing to do and everyone is bored out of their mind it’s loud, disorderly, and unpleasant. People play music and talk on the phone, and honestly I can’t blame them, it’s mind-numbingly dull.

Friendly, efficient staff and clean place. Conveniently located in a shopping center off of Bloomfield Ave (near Staples, Dunkin, etc.) Appointments are required for both new and returning donors. Promotions change every so often for donors. Quick payment to Paysign debit card. Use Cash App or (better yet) PayPal to transfer the money to your bank account. Processing times have greatly improved due to increased staffing.

The female staffs there prefer to ignore ppl skip your spot in line even tho your in front of they face they have no patience they all nasty they associate with ppl they know more than ppl that need help I went today ask to get my vitals done was there before two people and still got skipped said I needed a new picture didn’t explain why went to the back with the other two I got skipped with and left me sitting out there nobody responded when I ask the back room who doing vitals they all not doing their jobs and just there to just be there get a new roster cause your team playing you b positive plasma owner

OK now see I let the first issue slide due to staff overpaying me they deducted my money from my donation which was Monday now today is Wednesday I donate they didn’t give me my correct amount of money now all of a sudden they can’t make two payments in one day it’s not my fault that yall is putting incorrect funds in people account ! And no I’m not writing a bad review because something didn’t go my way. I’m writing it because incorrect things keep happening. This is the third time.

Very unprofessional under staff and they lie to donators me especially came there on 9/7/23 with an appointment and could not get service because there under staffed they had me come back the next day on 9/8/23 IWas there from 11:30am until 4:45pm they told me I was getting my donation with no problem but they did not give me my donation andgave me a deferal for 2 months mot because of something that I did but the staff did thstaff does nand also there bathroom doesn’t work I don’t know how they stay in business very poor service and staff I need my donation I did not come from union county to Essex county for nothing you guys need to give me my money

I’ve been to a few plasma center in NJ and also back in Florida when I worked there and this is one of the good ones. I get in and out fast when I come early enough and I like having the extra $$$ cause its easy and fast to make it here instead of getting another job. Def recommend plasma donation at B plasma
