Life time donor who won’t go back. During the Pandemic I tried to donate at the local university. CDC recommended COVID precautions were not being followed at the donation site. Once I begin intake they but a red stained blood cuff on my arm with no sign of disinfectant to be seen. At this point I stopped the donation and left. Numerous attempts to contact management with no response, so I will not donate anymore. If management wants to contact me my information can be found on the UAFS website. Cameron McKinney.

I went by the Methodist church in Ozark Ar yesterday to give blood. I signed in at 3:13. The lady who signed me up was very nice. It went down hill from there. Two techs were on break, two were drawing blood, one was one her phone probably on break and one was talking to a man I suppose getting his information. When the two men finished donating. Those two techs went on break. So I just sat there not one person spoke to me. I sat there until 3:55. The four were Still on break the girl was still on the phone and the other person was still taking the mans information. I’ve never had it take that long to take my information. Long story short I left. I’ve been donating since 1988. I gave up my time to help someone who would need the blood but no one act like they were interested in it. Probably won’t be back.

I donated plasma on 04/10/17 and they ended up blowing my vein. I’m not happy. I told the nurse that the return pressure was hurting more than normal and I donate often so I know what “normal” feels like and she said it was normal and would not listen to me. My boyfriend will not allow me to come back which I understand, my arm looks like my boyfriend beat me.
