Hope that Red Cross have better trained staffs for the donors. Sa*****er may not know to use the old style blood pressure device. She made 3 attempts to wrap it to my arm. She squeezed it so tight that and she did not know when to stop. She did not explain what was going on and I was worry and had to ask. The scary thing was that she used a glove that dropped on the floor. I am sure that more people will repeat blood donation if they feel safe. I had Eugene for my previous blood donation and he was friendly and very professional.
