I donated blood in 2019 – 2021. I was there every 56-60 days. Recently my PCP asked me to wait 6 months for my next donation. I answered the phone from a Red Cross call and was in the process of explaining to the caller what my doctor had requested. In mid sentence he RUDLY hung up on me. There’s always a BAD APPLE IN the applesauce and he was rotten to the core.

The staff here was very professional and accommodating. I was looking to donate blood in the area. Signed up here and I was so glad I did. The coordinator /receptionist Heidi was exceptional in her customer service handling this handicapped senior. She reminded me that there is still plenty of good in this crazy world we live in.
