Over the past several months the donation center seems to be understaffed. Canceled appoints and reschedule appoints happening quite a bit. Staff seems to be running ragged even call center recommends finding one of the traveling donation sites vs this location. Staff was nice and did apologize for running a hour behind. Hoping things improve

Absolute best place to give blood, platelets or plasma! The staff is so wonderful and very entertaining (if you’re there for a few hours ). They scrapped off my windshield yesterday during a snow storm, 11/30/2019, while I was finishing my donation and even gave me a Red Cross T-shirt when I was headed for the door! They make donating that much more enjoyable! Keep up the great work everyone!!! ❤️ ❤️

Super rude…..you would think a facility supposedly trying to save lives by folks willing to give their time and blood would have compassionate people working for them. I am sure not everyone working their fits this bill, but 3 people working at the tale of the day i was there were about the rudest people I have ever met.
