Everyone is always really nice here. I switched up from donating at MOA to here, because they are a thousand times quicker. I never have to wait too long to donate. I always feel really good after donating and the conversations with those that work there are great, too.

I’ve done many blood donations at many places, and this is honestly the best experience I have had. My phlebotomist, Emma, was very friendly, efficient, and had the best needle work I have ever experienced. Honestly barely felt a thing. The facility is also very quick and efficient, and I didn’t wait a second throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend!

This is my second time donating blood and this location is next to my home. I am so glad I decided to come here because the staff are all wonderful and made me feel so welcomed from start to finish! Now I know why this location is always booked out. Will definitely be returning back to donate here. Also, Sandi did an amazing job final-checking my vein before the process. I have deep veins that are hard to find and they found it and made it look easy! Super impressed.

Speaking as a long time blood donor across multiple states, this is the nicest place I’ve ever donated blood. The vibes are festive and friendly, they have fun bandaids, bobbin’ music, comfortable beds, and chipper knowledgeable staff.

I had an appointment today to donate whole blood since they said it was urgent and there’s a blood shortage. I’ve had this appointment for about a month. I woke up early on a Saturday and drove 20 minutes to this location only to find out they’re not taking whole blood donations today. They said they’ve tried to call people but “haven’t gotten around to everyone”. They were open for almost 2 hours before my appointment and never called me to let me know they aren’t doing whole blood today. I don’t know why they didn’t make it a priority to call their earliest appointments first. I would understand if my appointment was shortly after opening, but 2 hours is more than enough time to call someone. I’ve been here a few times and usually have a good experience, but I won’t be back again. So frustrating.

This was a pleasant visit to donate whole blood. The staff was welcoming and friendly throughout my appointment. The space was clean and quiet. My donation went quickly and without issue or drama. I wish they offered Lorna Doones on the treat table.
