Attempted to call to make an appointment, but nobody at the 800 number could tell me if this donation center would be available for donation, or if they were even taking appointments for Thursday afternoon. When I asked if the customer service rep I was talking with could call this facility and find out, she became rather rude, and stated she had already told me their contact policy. Very unhelpful call center, serious lack of information available on the website. I’ve never been treated this rudely when trying to donate blood.
