Small but mighty center. I came in to donate platelets, but one of their machines was down so they asked me to donate whole blood instead. The phebotomist was knowledgeable and friendly. I donated whole blood in under 5 minutes, a personal best record.

Best place to come and donate. Expierenced nurses who can find the tiny veins on my arm. Snacks after your done is always a plus. The app is easy to use as well.

Super friendly staff and such a simple process! They always make sure I’m comfortable when donating blood or platelets. If I happen to feel off in someway, they immediately assist me (providing fluids, snacks, cold cloths, etc.)

It was my mistake to arrive late and the front desk person told me that they only allow a grace period of 15 mins and she couldn’t take me in for donation, so I went on the website and rescheduled my appointment to the next available slot. Now when I went back at my rescheduled time, the front desk person said she couldn’t take me as they are other appointments coming in and I have to wait for 1 more hour. So I asked what if I had come at my original time would I have yo wait? then she was like maybe. The entire center was empty and she was like we cannot take you as. I apologized for my mistake but the front desk person wasn’t apologetic at all. I get calls from Red Cross requesting for donation and now that I come for donation they don’t take me in.

Donated blood here. The staff was attentive but busy. Did not wait. Donated quick and was in and out in no time. They had snacks and drinks. Overall experience is great compared to other places which I had to wait long.

CID the supervisor has the worst attitude and he doesn’t know how to provide information.

As a “high volume” donor of blood product and having donated at many different locations (Red Cross and otherwise), this location seems like a smaller operation than most. But in terms of how you are treated, I have yet to find any reason to anything but positive things about the staff. They are polite, nice, and professional. My only criticism is actually directed at the Red Cross organization and it concerns their online appointment system, which basically is not helpful (Example: Their website does not filter well on actually available appointment times and/or type of blood-product donation.) Given the limited number of seats available to donate, you will want to have an appointment, but the Red Cross online scheduling system does not facilitate this.

Just went today after a 10 year break and still a wonderful operation. The tech Andrea was extremely caring and nice to chat with during the blood draw and afterwards. I walked in on a Monday around 2:15pm and was the only person there, so the entire process took less than an hour.

I have had my last two donations cancelled on short notice due to “short-staffing.” I find this extremely disrespectful of people who rearrange their schedules and set time aside to donate. I will not be scheduling at this site ever again.

Vampires with a heart. I am a relatively rare blood type (AB+ / 3% of population), and so calleth the Vampires. Sometimes you have to wait – that would be my only complaint – but the staff is very courteous, and everyone is generally in a good mood as we are changing the world one drop of donated blood at time. It’s an easy thing to do to “give back” the world around us – so if you can, give blood. God is in the details, as they say.
