Absolutely ridiculous. Worst red cross. Do not converse with their Special Donations. Made it impossible to give blood for my 9 month old daughter for her cranial surgery. If they do this to infants, why even donate to red cross? This place has ruined my experience. Caused more stress for me and smiled sarcastically when I broke down. DO NOT GO HERE.

I’ve donated at this location several times but the quality is pretty hit-or-miss. The employee who took my blood two months ago entered my arm in such a way that I’m still scarred, and the employee taking my blood today missed the vein entirely on entry (which has never happened in 10+ lifetime donations). The people working up front are all wonderful and most in the back are too, but I’ll be donating at other locations from now on.

If you are looking for a great place to help others by donating blood and platelets then this is the place. The people there are always friendly and helpful. The place is clean. Once your done you get to sit and have some snacks. For platelet donation I recommend coming with a tablet or something and some headphones to watch a movie since it can take up to 2 hours to donate these.
