This was my first time donating blood. Well, in my case it was plasma and platelets. It was a fantastic experience. The staff were absolutely the best!!! They were super nice, caring, and professional!! It was such an enjoyable place to visit that I have already set up my next appointment. Highly recommend this donation site.

I had to bring my daughter with me to donate whole blood. They told me to reschedule because she wasn’t allowed in with me. She was strapped into a stroller! Maybe one of the 5 people standing around could have offered to sit next to her so I could still donate. That is some messed up priorities if you ask me.

I’ve been donating whole blood for over a decade, but fairly new to the Red Cross. This donation center is great, the staff are fun and friendly, and great with needles. Only place I’ve been poked and didn’t even feel it on several occasions, which helps people like me who still get a bit nervous after all these years of donating. I continue to come back! I love helping out a good cause.

Treated me very kindly. I was a first time platelet donor and the process was explained to me very well. It should be a little cooler in the building, though. I was sweating at times during my donation, especially since platelets take 2-3 hours. That’s why I removed a star.

I give platelets (sometimes they take plasma as well) – takes a couple hours each time, but get to watch a movie, and the staff is very friendly, diverse, and fun. Never had a bad experience yet, and always feels good to serve others in need.

Super nice people, but they dug around in my arm for several minutes to no avail. They stuck a vein but I think they went straight through it. Painful for a couple days, but it won’t stop me from coming back because I know how important it is to give blood.
