Incredibly disorganized. Drove 30 miles in heavy traffic only to find they had not saved my husband’s appointment. And due to a train I was too late for my appointment, even though I called to let them know we would be late. They were unable to do anything for us and acted like they were doing us a favor when we were the ones donating to them. This was not our first visit to this facility, we were not impressed then either. My husband had an appointment and they kept taking walk-ins before him. The staff that day was incredibly rude.

I donate blood once in a while. The folks here are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. I’ll keep coming. Somewhere in the world my blood helps someone in need and this place makes it easy and quick to donate.

I’ve donated blood here several times. Sometimes they’re quick and sometimes they’re slow. The people are always nice!

Went to give blood on two different days as a walk in. Never ever in 15 years have I had to have an appointment. Both days got told to come back several hours later when they were less busy. The Red Cross blows my phone up daily for donations but can’t seem to get me in now… I will not donate blood no longer to the Red Cross. What a waste of time trying to give a donation.

I’ve donated platelets and whole blood at this location and always feel welcomed. The phlebotomist’s are always asking to make sure you are comfortable. I recommend them for donating blood and it’s other components!

CRITICAL SHORTAGE OF BLOOD! Yet I have watched them turn away donar after donar. No appointment??… keep steppin’! This organization needs major rework.

I made an appointment 4 weeks ago to donate convalescent plasma I arrived 10 minutes as instructed. I sat for 45 minutes, not once was I acknowledged. There was no one to greet at the door or check in with. I finally left. I can go to BioPlasma and they treat their donors way better. This location needs a better manager

So they advertise they open at 11am, that is not the case it you want to go in to donate blood. Its 45 minutes later, but they do not have any notice of that, not even on there door. So I go in to donate and am turned away. There was 2 donors & 8 staff members that i could see. I have a rare blood type & they call me at least twice a week. They need a better office manager & definitely customer service. I volunteer to do this, I can sell my plasma & not give it away, but that fact is apparently lost to this location. Apparently even though they call me constantly and there is an emergency need, they send me away.

Recent experience VERY disappointing!! I’ve been donating platelets almost monthly over the past year. But last month the male tech couldn’t get the needle in the vein he selected, so he had to abandon it & try another. Ok. I get that on occasion that might happen. But not really fun having to have extra needle sticks because he misses the vein. And over all the years I’ve donated blood, & now platelets, I’ve never had problems with finding & accessing good veins. In fact, just the opposite! They always tell me how great & accessible my veins are in both my arms.
