The staff are fantastic!! They all take such great care of you while donating, always checking to make sure you are comfortable and all is going well – they even scratch itches on your face! Additionally they are most appreciative of you taking the time to donate. Having had terrible experiences with donating in the past I was concerned when I first went but the staff is highly skilled and gentle – not one bruise to be had! The safety precautions are great. Remember you need to wear a mask for everyone’s safety. Donate whole blood, platelets, and/or plasma – it’s really needed!

Most of the staff is wonderful. I had issues with their website so I couldn’t make an appointment and walked in after getting an urgent email stating they needed donors. The front desk attendant was very quick to say that they werent taking walk ins and even after a nurse stated they could absolutely fit me in, the attendant was rude and made me wait as long as possible.

They were rude and gave off a negative vibe and to add to the horrible service i hear them making fun of my native american last name which made me not want to donate at that location so i canceled my appoinment and rescheduled at a different location that is not rude.They were not professional at all.
