Staff is always friendly, positive, they remember me by name now since I come semi consistently, they’re always stocked on snacks. I donate platelets which takes upwards of two hours so they have a TV set up to w watch Netflix for platelets donations. And again, the staff are so very friendly. I appreciate it

I went on Saturday morning to donate platelets! Becky and Guy were so friendly I felt comfortable immediately! I was terrified going in at first because I’ve never donated and I hate needles but I had a very good experience and will be going back again! They were both knowledgeable and Becky explained everything to me before we got started! Also donating platelets takes awhile but so they gave me and my friend snacks, brought me a blanket, a set of headphones for me and my friend, and set us up with Netflix. So I was able to binge watch Netflix, hang out with my friend, and stuff my face while helping other people! It’s a win win really! And I can’t forget all the cool stuff I got for donating, I’ll let that be a mystery and an incentive for you guys to go find out for yourselves!
