Blood donation personnel are friendly and efficient. The downside if that it is impossible to find blood donation hours anywhere on the Red Cross website. They need to make this information available for each location. Now, you must call the 800 number and go through the automated phone message loop to get to a human to find out donation hours so one can even plan to make a donation appt or walk-in. The national Red Cross organization needs to catch up on technology and make their website more user friendly to encourage people to donate.
