nice facility, and the only place in CT (that i know of ) that accepts platelet donations. unfortunately, i have had several appointments canceled on my with the staff blaming the scheduling department, when i know full well i made the appointments directly with the apheresis department. the staff is very nice and is great at answering questions! highly recommended!

They have zero respect for your time. They used to be good here, now they overbook consistently so you typically have over an hour’s wait after your appointment time.
