I have scheduled donations at this location four times. The one time that I was actually able to donate was great–the people were really nice and efficient, and the process didn’t take much time. The other three times, my appointment was cancelled, sometimes with very short notice. I don’t understand this, since their website says there is a critical need for blood.

I have been donating blood at this location for years now. They always do an excellent job. The phlebotomists have always been very professional and the volunteers keep things running smoothly. When I use RapidPass and have a scheduled appointment, my total time is <1 hour.
