I came to give platelets and it wasn’t the best experience. Staff didn’t seem to care. Offered a movie, but no head phones, so it was pointless to even watch(which everyone else did and it’s silent if you didn’t have any). One point, I started bleeding and I told an employee. They said they were busy, even though both of my arms were stuck with needles(so couldn’t put pressure on it) and it was burning. So I had to wait a couple minutes with blood dripping down onto my arm and leggings. Then, one of the ladies said she would get me a shirt… Never even came back after waiting a bit. I ask the receptionist and she told me to just look for her and ask about the shirt. I was frustrated at this point and left. I wouldn’t recommend donating here unless you have too. I will stick to the one in Newark for now on.

Came to donate blood ,made an appointment for 10:30 on a Saturday. Got here early and sat in my car until 10 am go in sign in and sat down at 10:15 someone asked me my name and why I was here ,then tells me It will be over an hour wait because of people in front of me . I say so why do you make appointments then .no answer I literally sat in my car and watched those 5 people walk in but just thought they had appointments. Iam so mad at there lack of organization

My very first time donating blood at this location and my first time donating in quite awhile. The staff was extremely friendly and did a great job of explaining things.
