A nurse didn’t let me in the facility, because I arrived at 6:01pm for my 6:00pm appointment, that I had scheduled two months in advance. I assured her I had an appointment, and as she spoke to me through the doors she said “o well,” and sent me away. This was the time of Hurricane Harvey.
