They are genuinely appreciative of your donation. I get a reminder call the day before my donation, and that is much appreciated. After seeing a News Reporter talk to a mother that had to tell her son that he would not be receiving platelets due to the shortage I felt the need to walk into the Red Cross office and donate. I am 65 years old and God has Blessed me with good health. There should never be a child in need for platelets, blood or plasma. This is something you can give for Free and it will help so many. Please consider giving as soon as possible!
